Duane was raised in central New York State, where he found his wife Carol and his savior and Lord. After a short period of time Duane, Carol, and three daughters were off to Bible School. |
| Duane graduated in 1976, and began to pastor in central New York State. However God had bigger plans for Carol and Duane. |  |

In 1982, God called both to be missionaries in the Philippines, where they served until 1993. That would not be the end of their calling. |
|
After coming back from the Philippines Duane returned to Clearwater Christian College for another degree, and ministered in several area churches. Since 1999 Duane and Carol have been working with singles ministry at Countryside Baptist Church. |

It has been a joy for them working with the college and career class and watching the students grow in the Lord and developing skills for the future. We will miss them greatly as they go on to their new calling in the Lord. We still would love to have you come and grow our class to a new and greater purpous.
