| Man's law is clear. You can have no expectation of privacy in
public. Anyone can take and publish a
photograph without the prior consent of the subject or his/her parent. A
release is only required if the pictures are used for monetary gain such
as commercial advertising. Notwithstanding the legalities, we would
never intentionally publish anything embarrassing or intrusive.
We follow a higher law, expressed in part by the above scripture. If you want a picture of yourself or your child removed from the Church website, just tell us. It will be removed immediately, confidentially, cheerfully, with no questions asked. |
