Ignite Student Ministries is a dynamic and welcoming community dedicated to helping students grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and discover their purpose. We exist to create a space where middle and high school students can connect, ask questions, and explore what it means to live out their beliefs in everyday life. Through engaging gatherings, impactful teaching, and authentic mentorship, ISM encourages students to develop a strong spiritual foundation while having fun and forming lasting friendships. Our heart is to empower the next generation to live boldly, love deeply, and make a positive difference in their schools, homes, and communities.

Youth Director

DJ Daugherty

Hi! I’m the Youth Director at Countryside Baptist Church. I enjoy walking alongside students as they grow in their faith and figure out who they are. I’m passionate about creating a space where they feel comfortable, known, and encouraged to ask questions. When I’m not with students, I like to be outside as much as possible! Whether it's exploring, playing softball or just enjoying some fresh air. That’s where I recharge, and I try to bring that same sense of adventure into everything I do.
