To begin the most significant week of the year, Holy Week, Jesus enters Jerusalem on a small donkey. However, what He finds is nothing less than a disappointment: His people are expecting a different kind of Messiah, and it won't take long for them to dismiss Him, even through unjust trial and death. Will you be ripe for God when Christ returns, or will you be waiting for a savior who suits your agenda?

Would you do the right thing in a life and death situation? In Mark 6, “king” Herod decides to compromise and kill a prophet of God, John the Baptist, rather than spare his life for a very small cost. Do you live by character, conviction and concern?

After watching Jesus perform miracles and do ministry for a while, now it is the Apostles turn. What does it mean to be sent out? While we are not apostles, we are disciples with individual callings, and everyone is called before they are commissioned.
